Serving In:
In 2016, they set out on their journey with a strong desire to aid our rural community, particularly those suffering from addiction. After serving as senior pastors for 13 years, they took an exciting step in 2017 to create a new organization called Living Free of Harrison County under Hope for Recovery, KY Inc., a non-profit dedicated to this cause. This program offers support to men and women on their paths to recovery through the teachings of God’s Word, the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the caring connections of a supportive community.
In 2020, they started working on a special project—a sober living home for women, which they named Jackie’s House. Jackie’s House is named after their niece, Jaclyn Stipe Cole, who sadly lost her battle with addiction on June 14, 2018. They are excited to announce that in 2024, they welcomed their very first residents! This moment is a remarkable milestone in their mission to help others find hope and healing.
As chaplains and U.S. mission workers, your support allows them to continue sharing the good news that there is “Hope for Recovery!”
Kentucky Youth Ministries

Kentucky Youth Ministries exists to support, encourage, and resource the youth ministries of the local church in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, and leadership development.
- Evangelism—To provide events, i.e., camp, conventions, and AIM trips, that encourage students to commit their lives to Christ. Provide training in personal and event evangelism for our youth leaders.
- Discipleship—To provide practical training for students to become lifelong followers of Christ, i.e., discipleship training, and to provide resources and training for our youth pastors to disciple new believers.
- Fellowship—To provide opportunities for students to develop relationships with other students. Their goal is to provide youth pastors with opportunities to connect and develop relationships with other youth pastors. Examples: ministers’ retreats, camps, and youth workers’ training conferences.
- Leadership Development—To provide youth leaders with opportunities for leadership training, i.e., the Youth Workers Training Conference and the Kentucky School of Ministry, and to train youth pastors in raising up leadership within their youth ministries.

There is Hope
Chad’s Hope offers a range of programs to support men with addictions. These include short-term programs, a 12–15 month residential recovery program, restoration for graduates, and potential internships for graduates. Chad’s Hope is a Christ-centered program dedicated to providing quality residential recovery care. To meet the unique needs of the students, Chad’s Hope focuses on spiritual, mental, and physical recovery. The staff of Chad’s Hope believe that true change for people addicted to drugs and alcohol comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Every day, the power of God transforms men’s lives. We call this the Jesus factor.
Priscilla’s Place offers structured, faith-based recovery programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our participants. Their 12-15 month residential program includes four phases of discipleship and a 3-6 month re-entry phase, helping women achieve long-term recovery and real-world readiness. Their approach is rooted in Christian principles, focusing on spiritual nurturing, boundaries, and goal setting. They provide a supportive atmosphere for spiritual and emotional healing.
